I think it’s about time I had a blog. There are so many things I want to post about that are going on in my life, but I don’t. This will help keep you all up-to-date and help keep me organized. I’d like to post about my experiences with Primal living, my experiments on myself, my friends, family and children (LOL) with regards to nutrition, fitness and supplementation. Those of you that don’t know me well might be offended by some of the language I use. If you’re one of those people, I recommend that you don’t read my blog. I’m not going to censor myself for you. If you’re not interested in fitness or nutrition you probably won’t find a home here, either.
I’ve decided to give myself some alone time every week – I’m dumping the kids off at daycare for a couple hours and I’m going to go to a coffee shop, do the finances and blog or something. Right now I’m at Peets, looking out the window and enjoying my first alone time in a long time. So, first, the bills. Then you can all get to know the wonderful, weird me.
